Yes. East Midlands Grave Care carries full public liability insurance for the services we provide. All work is carried out using approved, safe methods to protect the memorial and surrounding area.
This depends on your preference. Some families choose regular visits (monthly, quarterly, or annually) to keep the grave consistently maintained, while others prefer one-off services before anniversaries or special occasions. We offer flexible packages to suit your needs.
We aim to complete all standard visits within 4 weeks of booking. For urgent cases, our Next-Day Care (Emergency Clean) service can attend within 24 hours, subject to location and availability.
We use biodegradable, non-acidic cleaning solutions that are safe for all types of stone, including marble, granite, and limestone. We never use bleach or harsh chemicals that could damage the memorial.
Yes. Every visit includes before and after photos sent directly to your email or Mobile. This is included with all care packages at no extra cost.
Currently, our regular service covers an 8-mile radius of Nottingham, but we’re expanding soon. If you’re outside this area, you can join our waiting list, and we’ll contact you as soon as we cover your location.
